Special order pieces head into production almost right after your order is placed, so we’re unable to cancel or make changes once they’ve entered production.

You’ll receive an email as soon as your item moves into production so you can follow along on its journey.

Before placing your order, we always recommend taking a quick moment to double-check spelling, sizes, colors, and shipping details so everything is just right for your pup. 🐾

📦 Non-Special Order Items
If your item isn’t a special order piece and hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we may still be able to help with changes!

Just reach out to us as soon as possible with what you’d like updated, and we’ll do our very best to make it happen.
