💛 Returns Made Simple
We totally understand—sometimes a piece just isn’t the right fit! If you need to send something back, here’s how it works:


✅ What Can Be Returned?
To be eligible for a return, your item should be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In its original packaging
  • With original tags attached

If it looks just as fresh as the day it arrived, you’re good to go! ✨


🚫 What’s Final Sale?
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • 📦 Special Order Items
  • Personalized items
  • Gift Cards
  • Gift Boxes
  • All sale items
  • All international orders
  • Items purchased at pop-up events

⏳ Return Timeframes
We offer two return windows:

  • Within 20 days of fulfillment: Eligible for a refund to your original form of payment
  • 21–45 days after fulfillment: Eligible for store credit only
  • After 45 days: We’re unable to offer a refund or store credit

A quick note: return shipping label costs will be deducted from your refund (store credit waives this fee). Once a refund is issued to your original payment method, we’re unable to switch it to store credit.


💛 Late or Missing Refunds
We want every return experience to feel smooth and fair for everyone in our pack 🐾

We’re only able to issue refunds for items that meet our return guidelines. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that are:

  • Washed or worn
  • Stained
  • Returned with odors
  • Covered in pet hair
  • Damaged
  • Missing original tags
  • Marked final sale
  • Outside the return window

Items that don’t meet these requirements will be donated or responsibly recycled.

Lane&Leash is not required to issue store credit or refunds for items that do not meet our return policy.
