Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

After it’s processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please keep in mind that some banks may take a little extra time to post the funds, no worries, it’s on its way! ✨

💛 When Refunds Can’t Be Issued
We truly want every return experience to go smoothly and fairly for all of our customers in our pack 🐾

Refunds can only be issued for items that meet our return guidelines. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for items that are:

• Washed or worn
• Stained
• Covered in pet hair
• Returned damaged
• Missing original tags
• Marked final sale
• Received outside of the return window

Items that don’t meet these requirements will be donated or responsibly recycled.

Caden Lane is not required to issue store credit or refunds for items that do not meet our return policy.
