Replacement Policy
If a package is marked as ā€œdeliveredā€ by the carrier, we’re unable to issue a refund. If your order gets lost along the way, we’re always happy to send a replacement—matching the original size and style you chose. Just a heads up: once a replacement has been sent, it isn’t eligible for return.

In Transit
Sometimes packages take the scenic route 🐾 and tracking may pause for a bit. We kindly ask that you allow at least 7 days without movement from the last tracking update before requesting a replacement.

If you believe your package is lost, stolen, or arrived damaged, please reach out to us right away at [email protected]—our team is here and ready to help.

Marked as Delivered
Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered just a bit early. If that happens, please allow up to 3 additional business days for it to arrive at your doorstep.

If it still hasn’t shown up after that time, let us know at [email protected]. Packages can be reported as lost within 7 days of being marked delivered.

Shipped to the Wrong Address
If an incorrect address was entered at checkout and the package has already shipped or been delivered, we’re unable to offer a refund or replacement. We always recommend giving your shipping details a quick double-check to make sure your pup’s goodies arrive safely. ✨🐶
