If an item is temporarily on backorder, we’ll always give you a heads up before you add it to your pup’s lineup.

You’ll find the estimated ship date right on the product page (just below the size selection), and we’ll include it again in your order confirmation email after checkout.

If you’re shopping for a special moment, we recommend taking a quick peek at each product description for timing details, just to make sure everything arrives right when you need it.

A little note: backorder ship dates are estimates and can occasionally shift due to production or transit timing. Rest assured, we’re working behind the scenes to get your pup’s goodies to you as quickly as possible—without ever compromising on quality. 💛🐾
