🔄 Exchange Policy
While we don’t offer traditional exchanges, we’ve made it easy to get exactly what you need!

If you need a different size or item, simply select store credit as your return option. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive the full item value as a gift card—so you can re-purchase the perfect fit or style for your pup. Easy peasy 💛


✅ Return Eligibility
To qualify for store credit, your item should be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With original tags attached

If it’s still in its original condition, you’re all set! ✨


🚫 Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • 📦 Special Order Items
  • Personalized items
  • Gift Cards
  • Gift Boxes
  • All sale items
  • All international orders
  • Items purchased at pop-up events



⏳ Store Credit Window
You have 45 days from fulfillment to return your item for store credit, as long as it meets eligibility requirements.

After 45 days, we’re unfortunately unable to offer store credit or refunds.

A quick note: once store credit is selected as your return outcome, we’re unable to switch it to a refund later.


💛 Late or Missing Store Credit
We want every return experience to feel smooth and fair for everyone in our pack 🐾

We’re only able to issue refunds for items that meet our return guidelines. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that are:

  • Washed or worn
  • Stained
  • Returned with odors
  • Covered in pet hair
  • Damaged
  • Missing original tags
  • Marked final sale
  • Outside the return window

Items that don’t meet these requirements will be donated or responsibly recycled.


Lane&Leash is not required to issue store credit or refunds for items that do not meet our return policy.
